April 4, 2011: Big Daddy's Beef n' Beer Fundraiser EventI was proud to be a part of a Fundraiser for Chef Aaron McCargo Jr's nonprofit Play To Win!
The mission of Play To Win is to motivate and prepare males in grades 9 through 12 to embrace a set of core values and understand the importance of 21st Century skills that will contribute to enriching their path in life to become productive citizens.
Special guests included Chef Aaron McCargo JR. from Food networks "Big Daddy's House", myself, and Chef Christina Pirello from Christina Cooks who all featured our signature sliders & drinks.
We raised proceeds which went towards funding programs that will benefit the lives of Camden youth!

October 16-18, 2009 Food Demo at the Philadelphia Food & Wine Festival
This annual event took place at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center in Oaks. PA. Chef George Kyrtatas was accompanied by other celebrity presenters and provided a food demo in front of hundreds of food enthusiasts, professionals and celebrities from around the country, including Ingrid Hoffman (Simply Delicioso - Food Network), Fabio Viviani (Top Chef - Bravo), Robert Irvine (Dinner: Impossible - Food Network), Aaron Song (Hell's Kitchen - Fox) and many others.
8/1/09 Food Demo at the 2009 Atlantic City Food & Wine FestivalThe 2009 Atlantic City Food & Wine Festival was the premier event of Atlantic City’s summer season with four jam-packed days of events, tastings and celebrity appearances. Chefs from the Food Network and Bravo hosted, demonstrated, and mingled with guests at more than 20 events filling the schedule throughout the weekend.
6/17/09 Marc Vetri's '4th Annual Great Chefs Event' benefiting Alex's Lemonade StandOver thirty world-class chefs converged at Philadelphia’s Osteria restaurant for the Fourth Annual Great Chefs Event, hosted by The Vetri Foundation for Children to benefit Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation. Those in attendance were invited to walk around and mingle while sampling small plates from all the chefs for a great event.
The Great Chefs Event is an annual fundraising event that started in 2006 with Philadelphia’s greatest chefs coming together to support Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation in the fight against childhood cancer. In 2007, The Great Chefs Event grew into a national endeavor with several of the greatest chefs from across the country traveling to Philadelphia to support of this event.

Dallas Green, Phillies alumni Gary Matthews, Tyler Green and Mitch Williams,
former Eagles punter Sean Landeta, CW Philly 57 Wake Up News anchor Natasha
Brown and a special appearance by Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter.All proceeds benefited the Youth Golf & Academics Program (YGAP), an academic enrichment program founded by Garry Maddox to support children in grades K-8 who reside in troubled city neighborhoods. - more info
