Sprinkle lamb with salt and pepper. Then place under the broiler which is on high and broiler for about two minutes,
Remove from the broiler and spread mustard over the opposite side the was browned. Then sprinkle with brown sugar.
Then place back in the broiler for 3 minutes or until the brown sugar has melted.
