extra virgin olive oil

shallots -- diced fine

button mushrooms - sliced thin

cups
sun-dried tomato half -- chopped
1
cups
white wine
pinch
nutmeg
salt and pepper -- to taste

Heat oil and butter in a saute pan. Saute shallots until soft. Add mushrooms and saute for two minutes, then add sun dried tomatoes. Saute for five minutes.

Add white wine and bring to a simmer. Add nutmeg, salt and pepper. Serve.
