3 cups greek tomato sauce
2 cups plum tomtoes -- diced
2 teaspoons oregano
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 cups feta cheese -- crumbled
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound meduim shrimp -- shells removed and deviened
1/4 cup parsley -- chopped
3/4 pound ziti pasta -- cooked and drained according to package
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Saute shrimp in olive oil for two minutes, until shrimp turn light pink. Mix shrimp with all other ingredents in a large bowl. Coat a baking pan with butter. Place mixture in baking pan and place into oven until cheese is soften and begins to melt. (Feta usually doesn't melt completely.)
Remove from oven and serve hot.
